Roles & responsibilities

  • Engage in planning, analysis and implementation phases of the project
  • Understanding of efficient stakeholders engagement within a challenging business environment
  • Defined project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Develop and implement the stakeholder communication plan ensuring successful stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Develope the full-scale project plans and prepare communication guidelines
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Qualifications & skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
  • Scrum master certification is an additional advantage
  • Extensive Project Management Experience engaging in large-scale transformation projects
  • Experience in managing projects using, Scrum and the Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a corporate environment
  • Five years of experience in a scrum master role
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
