Roles & responsibilities
- Engage in planning, analysis and implementation phases of the project
- Understanding of efficient stakeholders engagement within a challenging business environment
- Defined project scope, goals and deliverables
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Develop and implement the stakeholder communication plan ensuring successful stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Develope the full-scale project plans and prepare communication guidelines
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Qualifications & skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- Scrum master certification is an additional advantage
- Extensive Project Management Experience engaging in large-scale transformation projects
- Experience in managing projects using, Scrum and the Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility
- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a corporate environment
- Five years of experience in a scrum master role
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
