How do you estimate software engineering projects?

Our estimation process begins with a holistic understanding of the requirements leading to an initial scope document. We collaborate with you to understand the moving parts of the project and use our prior experience to gauge the effort it takes to create it.

Can I make changes to the requirements after project stats?

Not only can you make changes, but we encourage it. Many clients find that they understand their requirements better once they see screen mock-ups and prototypes, and we want to ensure that you get exactly what you need. Any costs or delays associated with the changes are communicated in a timely manner allowing you to plan accordingly.

How do you test the features you build with my end users?

End user testing is a big part of our process. At the very initiation of the project, we collaborate with you to identify your target audience, and create test user groups from each category. At each stage, the outcome is measured against the user’s expectations. In addition to in-person testing, we specialise in remote user testing. Based on our findings we create a prioritised report showing potential improvements so you can decide how you want to improve your product.

How can I see the progress of work done?

We work in a collaborative environment. As the project owner, you have full access to every artefact of your project and will be added as a team member on all our tools. Further, you will be a valued member in each decision taken. With your participation we frequently check our progress against the initial project estimates and plans. Any potential delays or blockers are discussed openly, along with options on how to mitigate them.
