Customer testimonial
Let’s have a look at what our customers say about us.
Our collaboration
Since 2023, we have partnered with TransVirtual, a B2B SaaS product suite, in order to strengthen security, upgrade to a modern technology stack, deliver a modern user experience, and achieve that without disrupting the logistics businesses already relying on TransVirtual TMS, with the vision of expanding US operation as modern transport management software with comprehensive set of capabilities.
The collaboration model allowed Amplifyn to work autonomously in sprints while maintaining regular checkpoints with the internal team at TransVirtual. This combination of factors contributed to the project's success.
Modernising a mission critical B2B SaaS software for expanding to US
With nearly two decades of continuous operation, TransVirtual TMS has become a core platform for many logistics businesses, powering their daily operations. The modernised version, once rolled out, also needed to be seamlessly adopted by existing customers, without requiring significant customer support or retraining.
After early proof of concepts, and engineering workshops, we aligned in a clear direction and began transforming a legacy software suite into a modern B2B SaaS platform, capable of supporting TransVirtual's vision of expanding into the US market.
Throughout the process, we collaborated closely with people across the organisation, from management to engineering, while adapting to the evolving priorities of a private equity backed company focused on scaling rapidly and sustainably.
“The way that they raise problems, they raise it because they care, which is a breath of fresh air.”

Mission critical B2B software modernisation
Modernising a B2B SaaS platform is usually quite challenging. Particularly when the expectations include stronger security, continuous feature delivery, and zero downtime. We were required to balance technical transformation with business continuity. Our delivery model tackled;
Technical debt vs Architectural debt
Addressing one without considering the other can lead to short-term gains but long-term constraints. So our modernisation efforts followed a balanced approach that improves immediate code quality while progressively reshaping the underlying architecture to support future growth.
Controlled rollouts and rollbacks
From the very start we planned on rolling out each improvement to a small set of beta customers after a comprehensive QA automation workflow. In order to support this we had to initially introduce a new routing layer on top of legacy code base.
Setting clear domain boundaries
Splitting the legacy system along clear domain boundaries aligns strongly with modern modular architecture and CQRS principles. So even without fully adopting a microservices approach we were able to introduce new APIs, event-driven workflows, or background processing capabilities without impacting the broader application.
Introduced an anti-corruption layer
We implemented an ACL layer to shield modern components from inheriting undesirable characteristics from the old design and in parallel, we implemented a Facade to encapsulate legacy workflows behind stable interfaces, making them easier to evolve or replace over time without disrupting dependent modules.
Reliable delivery under pressure
Throughout the engagement, the Amplifyn team demonstrated:
Onboarding experienced software engineers for key phases of the development.
Overcome technical constraints of a complex legacy software system.
Building a modular migration with controlled rollouts.
Ensure new user experience aligns with existing key customer base.
Providing skilled engineering talent as the strategy and requirements evolve.
Our impact
Our software engineering partnership with TransVistual was strengthened by an agile delivery model which helped the entire organisation switch goals to fulfill customer expectations and internal demands as time evolves.
The impact of our collaboration with TransVirtual is reflected in:
The real value lies in the shared mission
We haven't just filled seats, we’ve provided a dedicated software engineering team that is fully integrated into the vision of TransVirtual. When you have that level of trust and  alignment, the results speak for themselves. This partnership is more than a client-service provider relationship, together we are the engine driving the next chapter of TransVirtual.
Change built on trust
“Given the complexity of systems with hundreds of configurations, making changes carries risk. Amplifyn’s approach ensured that everyone felt reassured that changes were beneficial and not just for the sake of change, keeping confidence high throughout the project.”
